Refunds 
Robin’s Tile Studio offers no returns or exchanges. All orders are made to order and cannot be changed or canceled.

Damages and issues 
When receiving your pallet please follow these instructions:

#1 Compare the pallet's condition to the picture emailed to you, when shipped. If there is any evidence whatsoever of damage, no matter how slight it may be. You have to make note of it on the BOL when you sign for your pallet. If you fail to do and sign the BOL you are accepting the pallet in the condition received and you will not be able to make a claim for the broken tile. This is standard practice for the shipping industry.

#2 If you receive a damaged pallet, write on the BOL in detail of the visual damage. Take multiple photos from different angles.

#3 Require the driver to stay while you unwrap the shrink-wrap and inspect the boxes. If the tile looks undamaged then except the pallet. If more than 85% of the order is fine and less than 15% broken then except the pallet and file a claim for the broken amount.

#4. If the damage is more than 10% or any amount that can't be UPS'd out than please refuse the shipment
